About This Policy

Scope & Purpose

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Washington My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and similar state consumer health data privacy laws. It supplements our general Privacy Policy with specific disclosures about how we collect, use, share, and protect your consumer health data.

This policy applies to all users of the saviMon mobile application operated by TachyonHQ, LLC, regardless of your state of residence.

saviMon is not a medical device. It is designed for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

Under the Washington MHMDA, "consumer health data" means personal information that identifies a consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status. saviMon collects the following categories of consumer health data:

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with data brokers, advertisers, analytics services, or any other third parties not listed above.

We do not use analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Facebook Pixel) in the saviMon application. No tracking pixels, cookies, or behavioral advertising tools are present.

Geofencing

saviMon does not use geofencing technology to collect consumer health data. We do not collect health data based on your proximity to any healthcare facility, pharmacy, or other health-related location.

Children's Health Data

saviMon is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We enforce an age gate at registration that prevents account creation for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect consumer health data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you within the app. Your continued use of saviMon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
