Our Commitment

TachyonHQ, LLC does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information or consumer health data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

This page is provided in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state consumer privacy laws that require businesses to provide a mechanism for consumers to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Because we do not sell or share your personal information, there is no opt-out action required on your part. This page serves as our formal disclosure of that fact.

What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean Under CCPA/CPRA

Definitions

"Sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration (CCPA §1798.140(ad))
"Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration (CPRA §1798.140(ah))

Common examples of "selling" or "sharing" in other apps include: embedding Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or ad SDKs that transmit user data to advertising networks. saviMon does not use any of these.

How saviMon Handles Your Data

Third-Party Data Flows

saviMon transmits limited data to the following service providers, solely to deliver the app's core features. None of these constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA:

We do not use advertising SDKs (Google AdMob, Facebook Ads SDK, etc.)
We do not use behavioral analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment)
We do not embed tracking pixels (Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel)
We do not use data brokers or data enrichment services
We do not allow third parties to collect personal information through our app
We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not disclose health data (medical conditions, medications, allergens, nutrition, glucose) to any third party for any purpose other than providing the app's features

Sensitive Personal Information (CPRA)

Your Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

Under the CPRA, "sensitive personal information" includes health data. saviMon collects the following categories of sensitive personal information:

Medical conditions (self-reported)
Prescription medication lists
Allergen profiles
Blood glucose readings
Precise geolocation (at login, for security only)

We use sensitive personal information only to provide the app's core features (interaction checking, allergen alerts, glucose tracking, security auditing). We do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the services you request.

Because we already limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services, there is no additional restriction to request. However, you may:

Remove any sensitive data from your profile at any time (conditions, medications, allergens)
Disable HealthKit/Health Connect syncing to stop glucose and activity data collection
Delete your account entirely to remove all data

Your California Privacy Rights

Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

Right to Know — Request what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (we sell none)
Right to Delete — Request deletion of your personal information (in-app: Settings > Delete Account, or by email)
Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information (edit your profile in-app at any time)
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — We do not sell or share personal information, so no opt-out is needed
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information — We already limit use to what is necessary for the services you request
Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different quality based on your exercise of privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact support@tachyonhq.ai with subject line "California Privacy Request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 calendar days.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
